The 11 × 3.5 m large LED wall ensures optimal visibility and presents business reports, votes, and key messages clearly and impressively – for a professional general meeting where the content is the focus.
To ensure a seamless and professional presentation, we provide customized programming and control for the LED wall, a podium equipped with an HDMI connection, a preview monitor, six headsets, two handheld microphones, and two laptops.
Additionally, the technical setup is enhanced by ambient lighting, along with comprehensive planning, installation, and on-site technical assistance.
The perfect finale to your general assembly: an apéro riche with eight carefully selected bites per guest. A refined selection creates the perfect setting for relaxed conversation. networking and a memorable conclusion to the day.
Drinks and staffing costs are not included in the price and will be calculated separately according to your wishes and needs.
